Spring is here!

Sunday, quick update...

My neighbor has been on a Herbalife weight loss plan for a week- she texted me after her first shake saying, "it was SO good, I didn't want it to end!" After her first week on the products she has more energy and doesn't need her 3 plus cups of coffee a day. This might be too much info for some people- but she said she use to only have a bowel movement once every four days so she was constantly crampy and bloated. Now she's going twice a day and her digestion is SO much better. It's amazing how quickly results are seen with Herbalife!

New retail customer! I saw one of my neighbors this weekend that I haven't seen in a while. Her comment was, "ok, Branden was born 8 months ago and you are already smaller than you were before you got pregnant. I need to do what you're doing." She purchased an Advanced Program!

Cafe Mocha Shake


A caffeine and chocolate boost with the power of protein.


Serves: 1



Ingredients:

2 scoops Dutch Chocolate Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix

2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)

1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk

1/2 medium banana

2 teaspoons instant-coffee crystals

1 dash cinnamon

4 ice cubes


Directions:

Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional
