My new favorite shake!

So, I don't know if this is a "real shake" already or not, but I like to call my new favorite shake "banana bread with a glass of milk". It includes:


10 oz skim milk


2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 vanilla


2 tbsp of Herbalife Protein Powder


1 scoop Herbalife Aloe Powder


(mix for 45 seconds then add the following ingredients)


1 banana


2 tbsp of chocolate chips


2 tbsp of coconut


2 tbsp of chopped nuts


(mix again for about 1 minute)


ENJOY!!
