"Mexico Puts Its Children on a Diet"
Mexico is considered one of the fattest countries in the world- and it starts at a very young age. So this year, the country decided to put schoolchildren on a diet by banning certain foods- like softdrinks and limiting products with sugar.

This idea may sound crazy but they are starting to institute what a lot of us already know- that good nutrition is a lifestyle, and it needs to start at a young age. Mexico is mandating it at a national level- I'll be curious to see how well this works out, because if the children are still not being taught proper nutrition at home, is this actually helping the problem?
Luckily, Herbalife has a ton of great products that can easily be incorporated to anyone's diet- child or adult. "Your body can process only so much protein in a single sitting. A recent study from the University of Texas found that consuming 90 grams of protein at one meal provides the same benefit as eating 30 grams. It's like a gas tank, says study author Douglas Paddon-Jones, Ph.D.: "There's only so much you can put in to maximize performance; the rest is spillover."
Eating protein at all three meals-plus snacking two or three times a day on proteins such as cheese, jerky, and milk-will help you eat less overall. People who start the day with a protein-rich breakfast consume 200 fewer calories a day than those who chow down on a carb-heavy breakfast, like a jam-smeared bagel. Ending the day with a steak dinner doesn't have the same appetite-quenching effect, Layman says."

My new favorite shake!
So, I don't know if this is a "real shake" already or not, but I like to call my new favorite shake "banana bread with a glass of milk". It includes:
10 oz skim milk
2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 vanilla
2 tbsp of Herbalife Protein Powder
1 scoop Herbalife Aloe Powder
(mix for 45 seconds then add the following ingredients)
1 banana
2 tbsp of chocolate chips
2 tbsp of coconut
2 tbsp of chopped nuts
(mix again for about 1 minute)
