Mexico is considered one of the fattest countries in the world- and it starts at a very young age. So this year, the country decided to put schoolchildren on a diet by banning certain foods- like softdrinks and limiting products with sugar.

This idea may sound crazy but they are starting to institute what a lot of us already know- that good nutrition is a lifestyle, and it needs to start at a young age. Mexico is mandating it at a national level- I'll be curious to see how well this works out, because if the children are still not being taught proper nutrition at home, is this actually helping the problem?
